INTERNAL CORROSION AT LOW POINT ON OVERHEAD CROSSING. OIL ENTERED A NORMALLY DRY CREEK BED. CREEK BED HAD STATIC POOLED WATER DUE TO RAIN/SNOW FALL. SITE REMEDIATED AND A NEW BORED LINE CROSSING WAS INSTALLED. LINE SEGMENT WAS RESTARTED ON 04-01-2013 AT 10:18 AND WAS FULLY OPERATIONAL BY 18:35.
