WHILE AN OPEARATOR WAS IN THE PIT HE NOTICED A SMALL AMOUNT OF PRODUCT LEAKING FOR THE WALL OF THE PIT WHERE THE 36"" TANK LINE (150-30) COMES INTO THE PIT.. THE LINE WAS SHUTDOWN AND THE INCIDENT WAS INVESTIGATED.
