TUBING USED TO TEST RELIEF VALVE CRACKED. MITIGATIVE MEASURE WAS TO REMOVE ALL TUBING OF THIS SIZE AND REPLACE WITH LARGER DIAMETER TUBING PER ENGINEERING STANDARDS. 98 LOADS OF CONTAMINATED SOIL WAS REMOVED WHICH CALCULATES OUT TO 890 CUBIC YARDS.
