"AT EL CAMINO STATION, AT 10 AM ON 4/4/2013, A LEAK WAS DISCOVERED ON THE TUBING TO THE OUTBOARD BEARING ON THE #7 MAINLINE PUMP. 1 BARREL OF OIL WAS RELEASED IN THE FORM OF A SPRAY ON AND AROUND THE PUMP AND SKID. THE PUMP WAS SHUTDOWN, OIL ON THE PUMP AND SKID WAS CLEANED UP AND THE TUBING WAS REPLACED."
