DURING MAINENTANCE BLASTING/PAINTING OF TANK FARM METER AREA, THE BLASTING DAMAGED THE SIGHT GLASS. SIGHT GLASS WAS BLOCKED IN, REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A NEW SIGHT GLASS.
