RAILROAD CONTROLS CONTRACTOR FOR BNSF RR, CUT 4"" PLASTIC MAIN WITH TRENCHER WHILE INSTALLING CONTROL BOX WIRES. EMERGENCY RESPONDERS SHUT DOWN RAILWAY AT 1440 HOURS. RAILWAY WAS REOPENED AT 1641 HOURS WHEN GAS HAD BEEN SECURED.
