"APPROXIMATELY 2 BBLS OF CRUDE OIL WERE RELEASED DUE TO THE SEPARATION OF A BOOSTER PUMP'S MECHANICAL SEAL, CAUSED BY A FAILURE OF THE RESPECTIVE PUMP'S SHAFT. THE FAILED PUMP HAS BEEN BYPASSED DURING ITS REPAIR AND WILL BE RETURNED TO SERVICE ONCE THE REPAIRS ARE COMPLETE."
