Incident Narrative

A PICKUP TRUCK WAS TRAVELLING NORTH ON N. HOOK RD AND LEFT THE ROAD DUE TO DRIVER ERROR. THE TRUCK THEN STRUCK THE FRONT RIGHT SIDE OF THE HOME AT 321 N. HOOK RD. DIRECTLY HITTING THE GAS METER BUILDUP AT THAT LOCATION OF THE HOUSE. THE BUILDUP WAS SEVERED FROM THE RISER CAUSING A RELEASE OF NATURAL GAS. THE NATURAL GAS IGNITED CAUSING A FIRE AT THE HOME.
