LANDOWNER REPORTED OIL ON PROPERTY. LINE SEGMENT WAS EXCAVATED AND A PINHOLE WAS FOUND IN LOW POINT ON PIPE. APPROXIMATELY 200 FEET OF NEW PIPE WAS INSTALLED.
