LAND OWNER REPORTED A LEAK TO CONTROL CENTER NORTH WEST OF CEMENT OKLAHOMA. FIELD TECH RESPONDED AND FOUND A LEAK ON THE C28 LINE FROM CYRIL TO BINGER. LINE WAS SHUT DOWN AND BLOCKED IN. CREW IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED FOR REPAIR AND REMEDIATION. NO OIL ON WATER.
