THERE WAS A FIRE/EXPLOSION AT 322 - 324 AVENUE A IN FOREST HILLS AT APPROXIMATELY 1:50 PM ON SUNDAY, APRIL 17TH, 2016. NO RESIDENTS WERE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF THE EXPLOSION. THE DUPLEX WAS DESTROYED AND PLANS ARE BEING MADE FOR ITS DEMOLITION. THE REPORT FILED BY THE ALLEGHENY COUNTY FIRE MARSHAL STATES THE CAUSE OF THE INCIDENT HAS BEEN CLASSIFIED AS UNDETERMINED.
