DURING A ROUTINE INSPECTION OF THE FACILITY, MAGELLAN PERSONNEL DISCOVERED PRODUCT SPRAYING FROM A FITTING ON THE SEAL FLUSH LINE ON A PUMP UNIT. THE DEFECTIVE PART WAS REPLACED AND PRODUCT RECOVERED.
