"THE LEAK OCCURED IN KALKASKA COUNTY, MICHIGAN ON THE MANISTEE 12IN CRUDE LOW-STRESS PIPELINE DURING AN IN-LINE INSPECTION VALIDATION DIG. A REPAIR CLAMP WAS INSTALLED, THE SECTION WAS ISOLATED, A PERMANENT REPAIR WAS COMPLETED AND 219 CUBIC YARDS OF CONTAMINATED SOIL WAS REMOVED."
