"DISCOVERY MADE WHEN AN EMPLOYEE WITNESSED A SMALL FLANGE LEAK. - ALL SYSTEMS AND THE STATION WERE SHUTDOWN. -VERIFIED INTEGRITY OF ALL ASSOCIATED FLANGES AND EQUIPMENT INCLUDING RELPACEMENT OF MULTIPLE GASKETS. - APPROXIMATELY, 8.5 CUBIC YARDS OF CONTAMINATED SOIL WAS REMOVED FROM THE SITE."
