DURING WALK AROUND OPERATOR FOUND STAIN ON GROUND IN DIKE WALL NEAR WATER DRAW ON TANK 170-5. WATER DRAW WAS ISOLATED AND TANK EMPTIED. STAIN WAS REMEDIATED AND TANK IS OUT OF SERVICE FOR REPAIRS.
