METER STATION PIPING TO DELIVERY SEGMENT. DEAD LEG. 5/27/14 PHMSA ASKED METHOD OF REPAIR? PIPE SECTION WAS ISOLATED AND FILLED WITH GROUT. STEPS TAKEN TO MINIMIZE THE POSSIBILITY OF RECURRENCE? THIS LOCATION WAS PLANNED FOR MODIFICATION THIS YEAR AND THE DEAD LEG PIPE WAS TO BE REMOVED WITH THE PLANNED MODIFICATIONS. THE INTERNAL CORROSION PINHOLE OCCURRED JUST PRIOR TO THE MODIFICATIONS TO THE METER STATION PIPING.
