"ON 2/18/2014, OPERATIONS PERSONNEL DISCOVERED A SMALL AMOUNT OF CRUDE OIL INSIDE THE TANK DIKE AT AKIN A STATION. INVESTIGATION REVEALED A CRACK IN THE VALVE BODY OF A PARTIALLY BURIED GATE VALVE. THE VALVE WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH STRAIGHT PIPE. THE LINE WAS RESTARTED ON 8/5/2014."
