CONTROL VALVE PACKING LEAK ON THE ROGGENS INJECTION TO THE POWDER RIVER LINE. WHEN DISCOVERED, THE INJECTION WAS ISOLATED FROM THE MAINLINE AND THE LEAK WAS REPAIRED.
