A SEAL ON A MIXER ON BREAKOUT STORAGE TANK 2518 IN THE BKEP CRUDE, LLC NORTH TANKFARM IN CUSHING, OK OCCURRED ON 11/26/2012. APPROXIMATELY 2 BBLS OF CRUDE OIL LEAKED ONTO THE GROUND. THE OIL WAS CLEANED UP PROMPTLY AND THE MIXER WAS REPAIRED.
