"ON 4/1/2017 AT 17:17, DISPATCH AND SCHEDULE WAS NOTIFIED BY THE FDNY OF A DAMAGED MAIN BY 172 WYTHE AVENUE BETWEEN NORTH 6 STREET AND NORTH 7 STREET. NATIONAL IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND REPORTED THAT A CONTRACTOR STRUCK A 24 INCH, HIGH PRESSURE, CAST IRON MAIN IN FRONT OF 149 WYTHE AVENUE WITH A BACK HOE. THERE ARE NO REPORTS OF ANY INJURIES. ON 4/1/2017 AT 20:35 THE GAS WAS SECURED AND OCCUPANTS WERE ALLOWED TO RE-ENTER THE PREMISES. BY ON 4/2/2017 AT 13:43 ALL REPAIRS A HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND THE MAIN WAS GASSED IN AND BY 4/3/2017 AT 16:00 THE RESTORATION BY WAS COMPLETED TO 3452 CUSTOMERS."
