Incident Narrative
RESIDENT HIT THE REGULATOR STATION BY AUTOMOBILE. GAS SYSTEM WAS SHUT DOWN AT THE MAIN HUB WHICH FED TO THE HIGH PRESSURE REGULATOR STATION. THE SYSTEM SHALL BE REBUILT WITH A BY-PASS REGULATOR STATION TO RESTORE DOWNSTREAM LOW PRESSURE TO HOSPITAL, NURSING HOMES, SCHOOLS, COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS.
