DAMAGE OCCURRED TO A 3"" PLASTIC GAS MAIN BY A TRUCK MOUNTED AUGER PERFORMING AN ELECTRIC POLE INSTALLATION. THE GAS WAS BLOWING FOR APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR WHEN IT IGNITED WITHOUT WARNING. NO CAUSE FOR IGNITION HAS BEEN DETERMINED. ALL PERSONNEL WERE CLEAR, NO ONE WAS INJURED.
