AN ESTIMATED RELEASE OF 539 BARRELS OF DIESEL FUEL WAS DISCOVERED ON MAY 9, 2013. THE RELEASE WAS CAUSED BY A THIRD PARTY'S COPPER WIRE LAID OVER THE PIPELINE THAT CAUSED AN ELECTRICAL ARC.
