A LEAK WAS OBSERVED UNDER THE 20"" OVER PRESSURE RELIEF LINE VALVE FOR TANK 3802. A LOOSE BLEEDER VALVE WAS DETERMINED TO BE THE CAUSE OF THE LEAK. THE VALVE WAS TIGHTENED TO MITIGAE THE LEAK. SOIL REMEDIATION WAS COMPLETED AND VALVE REURNED TO SERVICE.
