PIG TRAP DOOR WAS SEALED BUT THE SEAL DID NOT HOLD PRODUCT LEAKED INTO SECONDARY CONTAINMENT. THE PIG TRAP WAS CLEANED OF ANY EXCESS PRODUCT AND THE DOOR WAS RE-SEALED.
