PREVIOUS UNKNOWN DAMAGE BY UNKNOWN 3RD PARTY CAUSED GAS MAIN TO LEAK . WHILE CREW WAS INVESTIGATING SOURCE OF GAS LEAK, THE PIPE RUPTURED. FLOW OF GAS WAS SHUT OFF AT UPSTREAM STATION.
