A HOLE WAS FOUND IN A BOTTOM PLATE. THE HOLE IS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 40 FEET IN FROM THE TANK SHELL. A COUPON WAS CUT OUT TO DETERMINE THIS WAS AN INTERNAL ISSUE. FURTHER EVALUATION WILL BE DONE TO DETERMINE CAUSE.
