APPROXIMATELY 0.48 BBLS OF CRUDE OIL WERE RELEASED WHEN A 2"" DRAIN LINE CORRODED INTERNALLY, PRODUCING A SMALL PINHOLE LEAK. THIS PORTION OF THE DRAIN LINE HAS BEEN DEEMED NOT NECESSARY AND HAS BEEN REMOVED AND CAPPED. SUPPLEMENTAL NARRATIVE: THIS SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT IS BEING SUBMITTED IN ORDER TO CHANGE THE HIGH CONSEQUENCE AREA (HCA) INFORMATION TO REFLECT THAT THE COMMODITY DID OCCUR NEAR AN 'UNUSUALLY SENSITIVE AREA (USA)-ECOLOGICAL.'
