DISCOVERED THE CORROSION COUPON SS SHAFT WAS LEKING AT THE PACKING AREA WHERE THE SS SHAFT ENTERS THE BODY. NOTIFICATION TO THE CONTROL CENTER WAS MADE. THE PIPELINE WAS NOT OPERATING AT THE TIME OF DISCOVERY. THE DEVICE WAS ISOLATED FROM THE FLOW PATH OF PRODUCT FOR REPLACEMENT.
