Incident Narrative
AT APPROXIMATEY 930AM A REPRESENTATIVE OF FALCON MAINTENANCE NOTIFIED KM OF A LEAK IN THE BUCKEYE PIT. THE LEAK WAS REPORTED TO THE SUPERVISOR, WHO IMMEDIATELY PUT A DRIP PAN UNDER THE LEAK. THE LEAK WAS COMING FROM A FLANGE INTO CONCRETE CONTAINMENT. THE LEAK OCCURRED ON THE CPL OUTBOUND LINE FLANGE CONNECTING TO MOV-13. 5 GALLONS OF GASOLINE HAD REACHED THE CONCRETE BEFORE THE DRIP PAN WAS PLACED UNDERNEATH AND THE LINE SHUTDOWN AND ISOLATED. THE FLANGE WAS REPAIRED.
