LANDOWNER NOTICED A HISSING SOUND FROM THE BLOCK VALVE SIGHT AND CALLED CONTROL CENTER. P66 EMPLOYEE INVESTIGATED AND FOUND A SMALL SEAP COMING FROM THE STEM PACKING. EMPLOYEE ADDED STEM PACKING TO THE VALVE TO STOP THE SEAP.
