LOCAL OPERATIONS DISCOVERED CRUDE ON THE GROUND UNDER A DRAIN LINE THAT WAS PART OF THE PIPELINE RELIEF SYSTEM ON JAN. 24TH AT 15:00. PIPELINE WAS IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN WHILE AN INVESTIGATION WAS UNDER WAY TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE LEAK. IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT A DRAIN LINE WAS CRACKED AND HAD LEAKED APPROXIMATELY 10 GALLONS OF CRUDE. REPAIRS WERE MADE ON THE DRAIN LINE, PIPELINE WAS PUT BACK INTO SERVICE, AND REMEDIATION WAS CONCLUDED.
