Incident Narrative
DURING A STATION WALK AROUND AN EMPLOYEE NOTICED A PRODUCT DRIP FROM THE PROVER. THE PROVER WAS ISOLATED AND PLACED OUT OF SERVICE TO REPLACE THE PROVER DOOR O-RING. THE TOTAL QUANTITY OF PRODUCT THAT HAD DRIPPED FROM THE DOOR WAS ESTIMATED TO BE 5.38 GALLONS. ANY PETROLEUM IMPACTED SOIL WAS TESTED AND PROPERLY MANAGED.
