ON 2/21/2014 PIPELINE PERSONNEL DISCOVERED A CRUDE OIL RELEASE AT TEXOMA STATION. INVESTIGATION REVEALED AN INTERNAL CORROSION PINHOLE ON A RELIEF LINE IN THE STATION PIPING. THE AFFECTED PIPING HAS BEEN REMOVED AND NEW PIPING INSTALLED.
