"APPROXIMATELY 1 BBL OF CRUDE OIL WAS RELEASED FROM A 1-INCH THREADED FITTING AS A RESULT OF FATIGUE DUE TO VIBRATION OF THE POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT (PD) PUMP. PLAINS HAS ISOLATED THE PIPING, INSTALLED A PLUG, AND WILL BE INSTALLING LOW SUCTION PRESSURE SHUTDOWN."
