ON 3/2/2014 AT 13:15, PIPELINE CONTROL RECEIVED A SEAL FAIL ALARM ON PUMP UNIT #3 AT MONTGOMERY STATION. A TECHNICIAN WAS DISPATCHED AND ARRIVED AT 14:35. THE TECHNICIAN ISOLATED THE PUMP FROM THE STATION PIPING AND BLEW DOWN THE PUMP. THE SEAL WAS REPLACED AND THE PUMP WAS PUT BACK IN SERVICE.
