"A CRUDE OIL RELEASE WAS REPORTED TO THE CONTROL CENTER AT 21:42 ON 06-02-2015 BY AN INDIVIDUAL IN THE AREA. THE PIPELINE WAS SHUTDOWN, EXCAVATED, EXAMINED, REPAIRED AND RETURNED TO SERVICE AT 18:30 ON 06-04-2015 WITH A TOTAL RELEASE OF 38 GALLONS. 06-22-2015 NO UPDATE, FINALIZED REPORT."
