APPROXIMATELY .24 BBLS OF CRUDE OIL WERE RELEASED DUE TO FAILURE OF AN ISOLATION FLANGE GASKET. ONCE PLAINS OPERATORS IDENTIFIED THE LEAK, THE LINE WAS SHUT DOWN, THE GASKET WAS REPLACED, AND THEN OPERATIONS RESUMED.
