OPERATOR'S CONTRACTOR REMOVED A 2 INCH TOR FROM AN IN-LINE PIPE SPOOL ALLOWING THE RELEASE OF CRUDE OIL. 5/19/15 UPDATE CREW HAD JUST INSTALLED A 4 FOOT SPOOL PIECE WHILE REMOVING A TEMPORARY TRAP. IT WAS IDENTIFIED THAT THE DOWNSTREAM VALVE WAS LEAKING SOME OIL PAST THE VALVE SEAT WHEN THE TRAP WAS REMOVED.
