HIGHER THAN EXPECTED LEL WAS DETECTED AT THE VENTING POINTS DURING COMMISSIONING OF A NEW METER SKID. THIS RESULTED IN THE RELEASE OF A REPORTABLE QUANTITY OF ETHANE.
