DRAIN VALVE ON C-14 TRAP WAS NOT FULLY SEATED AFTER THE INSTALLATION OF AN EXTENSION TO THE PIG TRAP RECEIVER. THE AREA WAS CLEANED UP PROMPTLY, AND THE VALVE WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE.
