APPROXIMATELY 1 BBL OF CRUDE OIL WAS RELEASED AS A RESULT OF INTERNAL CORROSION ON A BELOW-GRADE AND INFREQUENTLY USED BYPASS LINE. PLAINS OPERATORS HAVE REPLACED THE CORRODED BELOW-GRADE PIPING WITH ABOVE-GRADE PIPING AND HAVE IMPLEMENTED PERIODIC FLUSHING PROTOCOLS ON THE NEW METER BYPASS LINE.
