CONTRACTOR WAS DIGGING A SEWER LINE. THE BACK HOE SLID OFF OF THE SPOIL PILE OF DIRT INTO THE 4-INCH HIGH PRESSURE GAS PIPELINE DAMAGING THE MAIN. LOCATES WERE MARKED PROPERLY.
