APPROXIMATELY 0.5 BBLS OF CRUDE OIL WERE RELEASED WHEN THE FLANGE GASKET, ASSOCIATED WITH THE ROOF DRAIN SYSTEM, FAILED. THE TANK WAS ISOLATED AND THE GASKET WAS REPLACED.
