OPERATOR ON DUTY FOUND THE PUMP LEAKING AND DISCOVERED IT WAS DUE TO PACKING THAT HAD FAILED. CLEANED UP SPILL WITH VAC TRUCK; APPLIED FLOOR DRY TO ABSORB THE REST. NO PRODUCT MIGRATED TO THE SOIL OR OUTSIDE THE FACILITY.
