DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF VEHICLE AND DAMAGED REGULATOR STATION, BUT WAS NOT INJURED. STATION WAS SHUT-IN, WHICH CAUSED CUSTOMER OUTAGE. INCIDENT WAS TELEPHONICALLY REPORTED ONCE IT BECAME EVIDENT THAT COSTS OF RESPONSE, REPAIR, AND RESTORATION WOULD EXCEED INCIDENT CRITERIA.
