ON 04/01/2015 AT APPROXIMATELY 10:00 AM AN OPERATOR CONDUCTING STATION ROUNDS NOTICED CRUDE OIL IN THE MAINLINE PUMP SECONDARY CONCRETE CONTAINMENT AREA. AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION HE DISCOVERED THAT A PUMP WAS LEAKING AND IMMEDIATELY ESD THE PUMP AND MADE STAKEHOLDER NOTIFICATIONS. ANOTHER PUMP WAS BROUGHT ONLINE AND THERE WAS NO OPERATIONS IMPACT.
