TECHNICIANS WERE ONSITE CONDUCTING A STATION CHECK WHEN A LEAK WAS DISCOVERED AT THE YOKE TUBE OF THE STATION DISCHARGE VALVE. THE VALVE PACKING WAS REPLACED AND THE IMPACTED SOIL WAS REMOVED. RELEASE WAS TOTALLY CONTAINED ON OPERATOR CONTROLLED FACILITY.
