Incident Narrative
A DRIP WAS FOUND AT A PLUG FITTING ON THE VALVE BODY DRAIN. THE PLUG WAS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE VALVE 40 INCHES DEEP IN SOIL. THE PLUG WAS FOUND TO BE LOOSE. REMOVED THE SMALL PIPING AND PLUGGED THE VALVE BODY DRAIN. CLEANED UP THE PRODUCT AND SOILS. REPLACED THE SOILS WITH CLEAN MATERIAL.
