Incident Narrative
PIPELINE OPERATOR REPORTED AN OIL LEAK ON THE DIXIE TRUCK STATION PIGTRAP LATCH. THE LEAK WAS CONTAINED INSIDE THE FACILITY AND WAS CLEANED UP IMMEDIATELY THERE WAS HCA NO IMPACT. THE O RING REPLACED WAS REPLACED THAT DAY.
